The color of natural iron oxide pigment made from red clay. Slightly light brown, with red and yellow somewhat stronger than brown. Its Japanese name is "代赭色" (taisha-iro). Red clay (ocher) was famously produced in Daixian, Shanxi Province, China. Used as a mineral pigment, and in modern times for fabric dyeing.
